RETURN / EXCHANGE
Monolog wants to ensure you love what you’ve ordered. However, if something isn’t right or you would like to exchange any of your purchase, please email itismonolog@gmail.com and notify us as soon as possible. To return your purchase you need to enclose your receipt and the goods within 14 days of receipt date then mail them neatly back to us in a parcel. Please allow another 14 days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited or exchange to be processed.
